We have a 14-day refund policy upon receipt. PowerBoot must be in the same condition and in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@powerboottools.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item and receive a refund. Once received, we will inspect the returned product to ensure the item is in its original condition and if approved, a refund will be issued. Please allow time for a refund to post to your account.
